The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing time: 1~3 working days
Shipping time: 7~20 working days

Note: Shipping time depends on the specific address, the above is only our average shipping time

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data collected from past orders. They are approximate times and for reference only.

Delivery time will be affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will restrict their operations during these times. This is beyond our control.

Note on taxes and fees:
For most countries/regions, our customers do not need to pay import fees, customs duties or value-added taxes (Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially some European countries, such as Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and Canada, etc.), you may be required to pay customs duties or value-added tax according to the collection rules of your country/region.

Change Of Shipping Address:

  • If you have filled out the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct address before the shipment of your order and we will arrange it accordingly without any additional charges.
  • If the package is already on the way, we will not be able to help you change the shipping address. You can contact the shipping company directly to change your shipping address.
  • For any surcharges occurred upon the change of shipping address during the shipment, they must be rendered by the buyer.
