Return Policy

Special reminder: 1. You can change the color, change the style or cancel the order before shipping. Of course, you need to contact our customer service to help you complete these. We are happy to help; 2. Returns and refunds are not accepted after the goods are shipped; 3. Multiple delivery failures due to wrong addresses when placing an order do not accept refunds

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. For refund, please contact our after-sales customer service, customer service email: service@greatonushoes.com.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns 

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.

We will process your return in 3-7 business days of receipt of the package.

Notes

If the size or color you ordered is wrong, please contact us before delivery, we will help you change the information unconditionally, it cannot be changed after delivery, and all losses are borne by the buyer.

Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;

Specials are non-refundable, please buy carefully

All items must meet the following guidelines or the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs:

  • Bulk orders of more than 3 pairs of items (including 3 pairs of items) per order or multiple orders are not eligible for return.
  • The orders with the rejection of cargo by receivers for any reason including unpaid duty or tax are not refundable.
  • The orders that failed to be delivered due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the receiver are not refundable. 
  • If the buyer ordered the wrong size, the store does not bear the loss and does not accept refunds. For returns and refunds, all costs shall be borne by the buyer. We will refund after receiving the goods, but we need to confirm that the shoes will not affect the resale


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@greatonushoes.com.
